We love riding trails without a backpack, but the problem we had with waist packs was lack of storage space, or they move around when riding. We designed the Flow Finder Waist Pack to address both these issues. It's low profile, hugs the body and keeps the weight of your gear close to your center. We made it taller than other bags to give it a bit of capacity, and combined with our non-patented Weight Belt Technology, (WBT) it creates stability while minimizing up and down movement of the pack.
Two internal mesh pockets aid in organizing ride carry items like a multi-tool, tire levers, small snack foods, and tire plug kit. We love documenting our rides and the mesh pockets are sized to fit a wide range of tools and essentials. (it also happens to fit the Fuji XF10 camera perfectly)
There's also an external zipper pocket for additional organization and security, sized to perfectly fit your small and narrow bits and tools.
We added PALS webbing that allows the attachment of MOLLE-compatible accessories. They're useful for attaching anything to your waist bag whether its a MOLLE water bottle holder (or two) for an all-day ride you have that option. Or just use the attachment points to strap on your jacket or goggles. (Goggles can also fit in the main pocket) If you're headed out on a hike on foot, you could even add an oversized MOLLE bottle carrier to tote an oversized Nalgene-style bottle, or ammo pouches if that's your thing. (for the record, you can fit 4 cans of your favorite carbonated beverage)
Whether you want to carry a small first aid kit, water bottle carriers or simply lash a jacket or goggles on, our goal was to make the Flow Finder as versatile as possible.
The Flow Finder is ideal for session-style riding, and is the first pack we've used that doesn't move while railing berms or dirt jumping. For longer rides, add a water bottle attachment or bring water in a soft flask.
